Loved the site, am going to read it all the way.

On herbs, I got some seeds at a supermarket recently, Basil shoots are coming up nicely, but Dill and Parsley seem to have disappeared.

Know on any good online place in Malaysia where I can get some seeds for other herbs, any good books that you knopw of?

Cheers

In a time of economic uncertainty and rising food prices, it it always a good idea to have a vegetable garden to provide extra food for you and your family. Besides providing a source of food, a vegetable garden is also a great source of wonderful vegetables which are MUCH healthier to eat than most of the food you can get at the supermarket.

Well presented.....I like the knowledge i find in here very much so.....I came here to see if i could get an answer to a question that i have.....I am working on a project for a prestige Country Club In West Vancouver......I have a sloped hill that is 200 feet long 50 feet tall.....the slope has to stay and the angle also to match the landscaping plan and overall look.....After it was scraped clean from an excavator i noticed clay was prominent on the whole surface.....((no drainage)).....At the bottom of this slope is a dozen tennis courts.....i need a solution lol.....i cant have the courts dirty or being leaked on every time it rains.....or when winter snow melts....etc.....my solution would be to dig in 2 diagonal half circle ditches from top to bottom draining the water at the bottom ends of the slope as well as a half circle drainage ditch from your previous drainage ditches to a place outside of the tennis courts.....Is this a solution to the problem??? I am thinking you may have a better idea for me..........

Hope to hear from ya or to find something here to help me make my final decision.....if so id like to send pictures with the finished product for you to show here..... Sincerely Black mtn Stone

HI, I just came across your nice site. This is a photo I took of my vegetable garden on June 24, 2007. I am glad to see that you like it and are using it. However, your photo credit link is not working. You are welcome to use my photo if you include a link to either the original flickr location (http://www.flickr.com/photos/skippysbackyard/622595704/) or my blog (Skippy's Vegetable Garden). Here is the original post link: http://carletongarden.blogspot.com/2007/06/skippys-vegetable-garden.html

Again I appreciate your interest in my photo.
